    Coaching is ultimately a trusted relationship between two people. I start by asking you questions as we explore your current goals, needs, wants and desires. As a growth coach you invite me to consult, support and guide you on your journey.

    I work with clients in a 3-step process. You can do only Step 1, or all 3, they just must be done in order.

     
    We will only proceed to Step 2 if we both feel an inner "YES" to do so after our Discovery Call.
    To move to Step 2, I will provide a coaching proposal, for us to discuss coaching agreements.
